The latest version of Access It!, version 10.1, is commercially available as of today and is packed full of many new features designed to streamline operations and increase user efficiency. Some of the more prominent features include:
Dynamic User Groups – With Access It! 10.1, customers can configure unique operator permissions within the Access It! applications based on the workstation the operator is logged into… a perfect feature for alarm monitoring guards or reception operators who may rove through the facility throughout their shift.
Enhanced Temporary Access Levels – Temporary access levels have been enhanced to allow a temporary access level to be assigned to a cardholder (rather than an individual credential). When enabled, the access level, with its temporary assignments, will be applied to all credentials assigned to the cardholder.
New Reports – Access It! 10.1 includes new reports for SwitchTech Core and Key Listings and Access Level Groups.
Other notable functionality available with Access It! 10.1 include New Dashboard Widgets and Customizable Backgrounds for improved display functionaluty, Enhanced API Messaging for expanded integration flexibility, and Improved Client Installation Procedures.
